Listservs and Rosters
Following any audition cycles and Board transitions, update your contacts and Listserv Subscriptions. At least one subscriber is required, and for most items multiple members may subscribe.
- At least one representative per group: Subscribe to the PAC Representatives listserv by sending an email to pac-exec@googlegroups.com requesting to be added to PACRep.
- Keep your contacts updated by sending your Board roster and full membership roster to PAC-Exec and to your subcommittee chair.
- Tech: Update the contacts for your 6 Week Meeting with the PAC Shop using the 6 Week Meeting Contact Form.
- Re-register your group annually on PennClubs by following the instructions on the PennClubs FAQ page.
- Treasurers of SAC-funded groups: subscribe to the SAC listserv by following the instructions on the SAC FAQ page. Request access to view and manage your budgets in SAC Online by following the instructions on the SAC Online Info Page.
Forms and Trainings
Fill out the following forms by the deadlines listed! Deadlines will depend on when your show is. The following items are mandatory for all PAC groups performing during the Fall 2025 Semester. Independent groups are also encouraged to participate and offer feedback using the forms listed.
- Equity in Auditions workshop – Thursday, August 21st, 3:30-5pm
- Student Organizational Summit – Monday, August 25th
- PAC Con – Thursday, September 25th – Sunday, September 28th
- Recurring Monthly PAC GBMs and Subcommittee GBMs – dates will be shared via the PACRep listserv (see above).
- 6 Week Meeting – must be completed 6 weeks before the Sunday your tech week begins.
- Fall 2025 Space Share Meeting Scheduler – for groups splitting access to their venue with another performing arts group during tech week; due 5 weeks before the Sunday your tech week begins.
- Fall 2025 Collaboration / Space Share Contract – due 4 weeks before the Sunday your tech week begins.
- Fall 2025 Tech Rider – due 4 weeks before the Sunday your tech week begins.
- Fall 2025 Show Form – due 3 weeks before the Sunday your tech week begins.
- Fall 2025 Show Review Form (PAC) – due the Saturday 2 weeks after your final show.
- Fall 2025 Show Review Form (Independent) – due the Saturday 2 weeks after your final show
The following forms are only as applicable:
- Instructor/Director Hiring Form – due 6 weeks before the contracted work begins.
- Theatrical Rights Request Form – due 6 weeks before any public announcement of titles.
