AUDITIONS
Groups will receive information about their auditions times/venues at the discretion of their sub-committee chairs before the school year begins.
Rehearsals
- Most a cappella and music groups rehearse in classrooms or multipurpose rooms in VPUL spaces like Williams Hall or Houston Hall. These spaces can be reserved at http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/perelmanquad/reserve/reserve.php.
- Rooms in college houses can also be reserved by residents of that college house.
- An email about reserving reoccurring space in Platt House will be sent out before the school year begins.
- If you are not using regularly scheduled rehearsal space you must cancel it with at least 2 working days notice.
- The DAC Chair manages DAC weekly reoccurring space reservations with the support of Platt House staff.
- All rehearsal changes, cancellations, inquires, etc. should be addressed to both the DAC chair and the Associate Director of Platt.
- If you are not using regularly scheduled rehearsal space you must cancel it with at least 2 working days notice.
- Theatre, Mask and Wig, and Bloomers rehearsal schedules are done on a monthly basis by the Theatre Arts Council Chair and Platt House.
- If you are not using regularly scheduled rehearsal space you must cancel it with at least 2 working days notice.
