During the fall 2020 virtual semester, alumni spent homecoming weekend reconnecting with new music and videos released by student groups!

“Red & Blue” – The Penn Glee Club
Although we cannot all be together in person this semester, the Penn Glee Club has continued to make music virtually!

Lady Gaga Medley – Keynotes A Cappella
An original medley with twelve of Lady Gaga’s top hits! Every Keynotes member had a solo for this feature, and it was their favorite song to perform in Fall 2019. Arranged by Brian Akins (C’21)

“Bleeding Love” (Leona Lewis) – The Penny Loafers
Recorded from 14 different quarantine bases across the country, here is the Penny Loafers’ cover of Leona Lewis’s hit, Bleeding Love. Solo by Kerry O’Neil, Arrangement by Brian McGrath.

A Preview of “Top of the World” from Tuck Everlasting – Penn Players
Check out this audio from Penn Players’ upcoming production of Tuck Everlasting. This is Players’ first ever all virtual musical! Originally debuted during FamPAN in fall 2020, this preview features the song “Top of the World,” accompanied by a slideshow of photos of Players past and present.

“Get Busy” (Sean Paul) – The Penn Glee Club Band
The Penn Glee Club Band performed “Get Busy” in Hong Kong on the summer 2019 “Cities That Never Sleep Tour,” including concerts in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei, and Tokyo. The 15-day trip involved 43 club members: the all-male choral group, the co-ed band, and technical staff.

“Come Sail Away” – The Penn Glee Club
The Penn Glee Club performed “Come Sail Away: in their fall 2019 show! This joint production number with singers and band was arranged and choreographed by club members, and was a fan favorite.
