The new Platt Student Performing Arts Center
Responding to the robust performing arts scene beginning to overflow campus venues, the new facility at 3300-3400 Woodland Walk will include rehearsal and performance venues dedicated for the use of extracurricular music, dance, comedy, theatre, and spoken word.
This expansion is made possible with the support of former Penn President Dr. Amy Gutmann, naming gifts from Julie Beren Platt and Marc E. Platt and Edward W. Kane, and our partners the Penn Facilities and Real Estate Services team.
Our program planning races on to meet this new space. We can’t wait to invite our community through those doors!
