During in-person activities:
A Health Marshall must be present at all in-person rehearsals, meetings, and events to ensure compliance with the following.
- Check all attendees for Green Open Passes during all indoor activities.
- Do not permit anyone with a Red Open Pass to enter indoor activity spaces.
- Do not permit anyone without a Green Open Pass to enter indoor activity spaces.
- Record the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of all people present at any in-person activities. We recommend you keep a log with the date, time, and attendees’ information for each activity. In the event that contact tracing is needed, please be prepared to hand over this information for the relevant dates.
- Ensure compliance with the current COVID Safety policies during meetings, rehearsals, and performances. Stay up to date at platthouse.vpul.upenn.edu/covid-safety.
- Ensure that all group members leave the space by 10 minutes before their posted end time to allow for air turnover in between rehearsals.
- (Ex. If your rehearsal time is scheduled to end at 2pm, everyone must vacate the space by 1:50pm.)
- Relay any possible exposures and instances of noncompliance to Platt House and to Campus Health.
Over the course of the semester:
- Be aware of the comfort levels of each of your group members and communicate problems with your Board, Platt House, or the PAC Shop staff as needed.
- Work with the group to enact any additional safety regulations per safety concerns of the members.
- Relay any possible exposures and instances of noncompliance to Platt House and to Campus Health.
- Keep abreast of communications from Platt House and the PAC Shop about any changes to COVID Safety policy, which will appear below:
3/16/22 Updates
The University still requires masks in classroom settings until 3/28. This includes Platt House managed rehearsal rooms. Masks are no longer required in larger spaces such as performance venues.
